Just said our last goodbyes to family and friends, before we start all over again in a few hours for 'the other side' of the family.

Tis the season to be falling over !. Merry Xmas to all and a healthy and prosperous 2012.

Prawns were sensational from Samies Girl, Turkey Breast (brined it bloody good) and Ham (slow cooked in a stout glaze..sensational) from Brad at Rode Meats. so endeth the reading of the Xmas recipes. The Champagne Bellinis went down well mixed by my 19yo. bartender. I knew his Paddo skills would kick in sooner or later. Santa has to go and adjust Rudolph's antlers.

Now where did I put that Peach Schnapps ?
